Second Wind adds various new materials to the game that can be used when crafting, cooking and upgrading armor.

190 | Crafting | A lustrous, pale metal. The Zora have long made use of it in their crafts, due to not only its beauty, but its natural resistance to rust. |
Gold |
230 | Crafting | A precious metal known for its beauty and malleability. The Gerudo heavily favor it for ornamention and jewelry. It fetches a high price when sold. |
Emerald |
525 | Crafting | A green gem found only within the caves of Hyrule. Emeralds contain a mysterious power within them and were once known to fetch a high price in ancient times. |
Eldin Ore |
380 | Crafting | A highly durable, heavy ore found in the Eldin region. It is coveted by Lynels for its strength, and is considered incredibly difficult to work with. |
Iron |
45 | Crafting | A very common metal found all throughout Hyrule. It is used for many purposes, and can also be combined with coal to produce steel. |
Cocoa Powder |
8 | Cooking | A rare powder from a foreign land. Although it has a bitter taste, when mixed with the right ingredients creates a sweet taste. |
Goat Cheese |
6 | Cooking | Made from Goat Milk, this cheese is a popular product sold at ranches. It has a nostalgic smell. |
Evil Crystal |
20 | Crafting | A crystallized chunk of pure malice. If held it appears to radiate extreme hatred and can tempt unsuspecting people into committing evil acts. |
