The Deku Mask is an Armor item found in the Second Wind Expansion of Breath of the Wild. It is obtained upon completion of the Side Quest SW Treasure: Deku's Sadness.
In-game Lore:
A mysterious mask found on a branch of The Great Deku Tree. Found using a mysterious journal at the Ranch Ruins. It has a eerie similarity to the the mask used by a past hero in an alternate world.
Properties
Electric Resistance: Wearing this mask gives Link a higher resistance to electricity.
